Description: A uniquely shaped mini squash matures to about 2" - 3" in diameter. It is light green in colour with creamy white flesh, excellent flavour with a tender, meaty texture. The unique shape is called patty pan, scallop & Turk's turban squash. The flowers are also edible with a delicate squash like flavour.

Harvest: It is common for the first squash fruits to be malformed or wither than the others. When healthy squash has reached the desired size, harvest squash 2 - 3 times a week by cutting or gently twisting off. Summer squash is delicate, handle with care to prevent damage to the skin.
