Instructions:

1. Use any shallow container to grow greens but this pack will be enough for one 1020 gardening tray. If you have a plant pot that meets these measurements, Great! If not, no special container is necessary, try using an old, plastic butter container or maybe an old food container.

2. Fill the container with a good quality, well-draining soil to about 1/2" to 1" of soil. If you are concerned about overwatering, bore holes in the base of the container with an ice pick. Hydrate the soil fully.

3. Soak the seeds overnight and then evenly spread the seeds over the surface of the soil. Cover the seeds with an old newspaper and moisten the top of the newspaper.

4. Monitor and mist daily to ensure that seeds remain moist. Once shoots begin to emerge, at about 3 days, remove the newspaper and place the container on a sunny window sill until harvest.

5. Harvest once the true leaves begin to emerge. Allow to re-grow for additional harvests.
